He also has technical expertise in the operation of SPE.IDXNet, OJK’s SIPO system, eASY.KSEI, and KSEI AKSes, enabling him to assist listed companies in fulfilling their regulatory reporting, disclosure, and capital markets compliance obligations.

Combining a thorough understanding of Indonesian employment law with sound commercial insight, Alya helps clients navigate complex workplace issues and deliver strategic, commercially effective solutions.

Drawing on extensive practical experience, Alya handles employment disputes with precision, legal acumen, and a solutions-oriented mindset. She works closely with employers to develop tailored strategies that address complex workplace issues while balancing regulatory requirements, employees’ statutory rights, and commercial priorities. Her pragmatic and business-focused perspective enables clients to resolve disputes efficiently, preserve constructive employment relationships where appropriate, and minimise the risk of protracted proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court.

Beyond dispute resolution, Alya advises companies on post-employment matters, including the fulfilment of statutory administrative obligations and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requirements.
